Stdyke Consulting
We are a firm of Estate Surveyors, Valuers, Property managers, Facility Managers and Real Estate Development Consultants who are involved in specialized large and medium scale property valuation, letting and management. We are registered by the Estate surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria to practice the Profession of Estate Surveying and valuation all over the country, Nigeria. Our registration number is A3203.
We have a well trained team in our Head office comprising 5 No Estate Surveyors, 3 No Estate Assistants, 1 No chartered quantity surveyor, 2 No project managers and other support staff to ensure the execution of any designated assignment.

He was one of the best graduating students from the Department of Estate Management, Enugu State University of Science & Technology (ESUT).
He is a Chartered Estate Surveyor & Valuer evidenced by his election into the Associate membership of The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV) and Registration with Estate Surveyors & Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).

His distinctive approach combines the realms of human resources management and enterprise development to offer unparalleled solutions across diverse sectors, including financial services, oil and gas, government, sports, fashion, real estate, consultancy, and FMCG retail.
Michael holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of South Wales, United Kingdom. His academic journey includes a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the prestigious University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He is recognized as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) in the United Kingdom, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), and a certified Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA).
